"The place is well located, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff is very attentive, and the breakfast is impeccable. The room had some problems with the lighting, the lights kept turning off by themselves, the bathroom light turned on automatically, the bedroom light and the television turned off by themselves, and the air conditioning didn't work. Apart from these considerations, everything was excellent."

"Cet établissement est très bien. Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un appartement hôtel. Ce qui change, le ménage et le lit ne sont pas fait. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas comprit. Vous disposez, d'une petite cuisine équipée, avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur (même si celui-ci est très bruyant la nuit) Les points positifs : Très bien situé en centre ville. A moins de 100 mètres de la rue du XV Novembre, rue piétonne et très commerçante. Proche, du jardin, Passeio Publico, de la place Tiradentes, de la rue des 24 Heures, des nombreuses stations de bus de la place Carlos Gomes, etc... Chambre propre, fonctionnelle, lumineuse, la notre avait la climatisation. Par contre la chambre nous semblait plus grande sur les photos! Très pratique, dans l'établissement, il y a une laverie (vous pouvez laver et sécher votre linge. Vous payé avec votre carte de crédit), un point restauration (ou vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner, une collation au cours de la journée voir déjeuner ou diner. La carte est limitée mais c'est très pratique), un point de vente à l'accueil pour dépanner ou vous trouverez, des boissons, gâteaux, produit de première nécessité (savon, dentifrice, etc...). Très sécurisé, dès votre arrivée vous êtes enregistré et il y a de la reconnaissance faciale pour rentrer dans l'établissement, de plus un agent de sécurité est présent à l'accueil 24H/24H. Le point négatif : l'enregistrement doit se faire sur Internet, donc pour les étrangers, obligation d'avoir un accès à Internet (ce qui n'était pas notre cas) et nous avons été bloqué car il fallait renseigner le CPF que nous n'avions pas ! Heureusement la personne de l'accueil nous a aidé à partir de son ordinateur, mais la procédure à durée plus d'une demi-heure. Fastidieux quand vous arrivez tard dans la soirée après votre voyage ou vous n'avez qu'une envie, c'est de rejoindre au plus vite votre chambre! Ce point négatif est plus particulièrement impactant pour les étrangers qui, n'ont pas d'accès Internet, pas de CPF et qui ne parlent pas Portugais. Ce point ne sera pas impactant pour les Brésiliens. En résumé, nous avons été très satisfait par cet établissement, que je recommande. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . "The hotel has a little old structure but everything is very clean, excellent service and everything works excellently. We arrived at 8:00 and we had a trip to Morretes, they made our dressing and luggage storage greatly easier. The whole coffee is excellent, made well and with everything of quality. Great breakfast with an awesome and friendly team. Nice open room upstairs and a small gym! The corridors are very clean. All the spaces I went were very clean. There's a space in the 1 floor where you can sit with small tables and chairs. My room was very spacious the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom with the best warm shower nice and large . Also theres a table to study, and round small table with 2 chairs inside the room. The internet had problems P.S. Between Andrade Braz, Guiará e Vernon ( which are in Curitiba ) this one is the best!"

"The breakfast is delicious and appetizing, with hot food such as beef and chicken. The room is similar to a hotel apartment, which I really don't like. The first time I stayed here, there were no rooms in other high-end hotels, so I chose this one. It says four stars number 1, but the psychological gap is too big. It can't be compared with domestic ones. The front desk is enthusiastic and the lobby style is unique and chic. The hotel here doesn't have mineral water, so you have to buy everything."

"We arrived after a long journey, a little after midnight. The first contact left us disappointed and irritated: there was no parking space. We had to leave the car a block away from the hotel. Check-in was ok, given the time, and we were treated politely. In the morning I needed some information and they were also friendly. At check-out the group of girls were friendlier. The apartment is in good condition, but the blanket is thin and small, and there is only one. "Wonderful hotel! It was our first long trip with our son and the hotel provided a very pleasant experience. Upon check-in, they immediately saw that we were with children and offered a crib despite not being able to request it at the time of booking. The staff are extremely polite!
